A Better Way to Customize Boxes

Connecting Boxology to your Cratejoy account gives you the ability to create customized boxes based on your user preferences.  You can track every item your customers receive, track inventory, create kits and apply them to hundreds or thousands of shipments at once.

Step 1. Connect your Cratejoy account in minutes.

Connecting with Your Cratejoy account is easy.

1. Log into Boxology (create account) and go to Account Setup. 

2. Open a new window and log in to Cratejoy. 

3. On the lower-left page, click Settings and click API. 

4. In the upper-right corner, click Generate a new Key. 

5. A small window appears(Your New Key), copy the Client ID and Client Secret Key.

6. Go back to the Boxology page and paste the Client ID and Client Secret Ket to the Cratejoy Account in Account Setup then click Save. It will start downloading all of your Cratejoy information into Boxology. 

If you are still testing the software, make sure to check in Store Settings that the Send Update to Cratejoy toggle is OFF. Turn it on once you go live. Once you press save, Boxology starts communicating with Cratejoy and pulling your data into the Boxology software so you can start curating custom boxes with ease.  Depending on the number of subscriptions and products you have, this may take several minutes.  You will see a pending icon while it is downloading all your data from Cratejoy.  Once all the data is imported, you will see a success icon.

Step 2. Upload Your Inventory Items.

1. Navigate to the inventory tab on the the left vertical menu bar.
2. Download the example excel file
3. Enter your inventory into excel
4. Upload your inventory file to Boxology
 

Once you’ve uploaded your inventory to Boxology, you will be able to begin curating boxes and creating kits! Boxology will keep track of the cost, retail value, weight of each item, and the total for the box. Boxology will also be tracking your total inventory, allowing you to use everything you have on hand and eliminating lost profits. You will be well on your way to making your customers happier and significantly increasing your customer LTV.
